The Pop's Story

From Pop's Tiques & Fleas to Missouri festival stages.

Pop — the legendary inspiration behind Pop's Events Missouri festivals
Pop · the namesake

Warmth, hospitality, and a place to gather.

At the heart of Pop's Events is Pop himself — Donald's father and the inspiration behind the name. Pop started Pop's Tiques & Fleas Flea Market, creating a place where people could stop in, visit, browse, and feel connected to the community.

Donald and Rickie carried that spirit forward by adding Pop's Cafe and continuing the tradition of hospitality, conversation, and small-town connection. Today, Pop's Events builds on that same legacy through festivals, concerts, stage rentals, and community gatherings that bring people together across Missouri.

Donald & Rickie · the festival makers

Local people. Real festivals.

Meet Donald and Rickie — the duo behind Pop's Events. What began as Pop's Tiques & Fleas Flea Market, then Pop's Cafe, has grown into Pop's Events: a way to carry Pop's legacy forward through music, festivals, food, family fun, and small-town Missouri pride.

With every event, Donald and Rickie aim to spark joy, create lasting memories, and give communities a place to gather. At Pop's, it's all about people, pride, and the timeless bonds that make hometown events special.
